Damaged shipments must be documented by buyers immediately upon delivery and inspection. All items are thoroughly packaged and insured for protection during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please document the packaging and its contents as soon as possible, and submit a shipping insurance claim directly to the
USPS or other shipping provider. This insurance claim will provide any necessary reimbursement for the buyer towards any replacements. Replacement prints must be processed as a new Custom Order.
